30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your Sloonow order.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@sloonow.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending your item back.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will contact you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact hello@sloonow.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact hello@sloonow.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has already been dispatched, please follow the return process.
