SLOONOW PHYSICAL APP BLOCKER

Sloonow is a small device that starts a phone break from outside your phone. Press Lock Now, and your apps stay locked until your time is up. Make room for focused work, quieter evenings, and time with the people beside you.
Set it up once. Then press.
01 PAIR
Pair Sloonow with your phone using the free app.
02 PRESS
Turn the Time Dial to choose your session length, then press the right button to lock.
03 FINISH
Your phone unlocks automatically when the session ends.
The app can stay closed.
Once set up, Sloonow handles the lock itself. The app does not need to stay open or run in the background during a session. Use it to change your default lock times or create a schedule.

RIGHT BUTTON
Lock Now
Start a session right away. Turn the Time Dial before you press to choose a different duration.
LEFT BUTTON
Lock Later
Give yourself a short delay to finish what you are doing. Sloonow locks your apps automatically when the delay ends.
IN THE APP
Scheduled Lock
Set a daily routine, such as bedtime, and let Sloonow start your session at the scheduled time.
On the display: d = delay, L = locked. L0:30 means 30 minutes remain in a locked session.
BEFORE YOU START
A promise that holds.
You choose when to start. During a session, apps stay locked until time is up. Incoming calls can still be answered; other phone functions wait until the session ends.
Leave range mid-session?
If you carry your phone out of Bluetooth range, you have about a minute to return. Then an alarm sounds until you return or the session ends. The range is about 10 m (33 ft).
12 emergency unlocks. For life.
For an urgent early exit, short-press both front buttons together. Each device has 12 emergency unlocks in its lifetime. Check the remaining count in the app.
After all 12 are used, Sloonow stops working permanently.
Sessions that finish on time never use an emergency unlock.

The Sloonow app records sessions you finish and sessions you end early, so you can follow your progress over time.
Also included: App Limits lets you set daily app allowances without the device. These software limits are separate from Sloonow's hardware lock and are easier to switch off.

How does Sloonow block my apps?
Sloonow connects over Bluetooth and keeps your phone on its home screen during a session, so apps will not open. Your phone stays nearby, and you can still answer incoming calls.
Can I end a session early?
Early exits are reserved for emergencies. Short-press both front buttons together to use one of the device's 12 lifetime emergency unlocks. After the 12th emergency unlock, Sloonow stops working permanently.
Is Sloonow a parental control device?
Sloonow is designed for adults who choose to use it themselves.
Is there a subscription?
No. Sloonow is a one-time purchase, and the companion app is free.
